Ticket purchase terms

Effective September 15, 2026

Know what your ticket includes, how your purchase is confirmed, and where to turn if plans change. These terms are available without signing in. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

1. Your agreement and the event organizer

These ticket purchase terms apply to purchases made through SOCLUB Group Inc. on or after September 15, 2026. They supplement the general SOCLUB Terms and Conditions. The event description, ticket type, inclusions, price and event-specific conditions shown before you pay form part of your agreement. Keep your confirmation email and receipt.

The event listing identifies the organizer. For a SOCLUB Original, SOCLUB produces the event. For an independently organized event, the named organizer delivers the event and SOCLUB provides the ticketing service described in the listing. This distinction does not remove any responsibility imposed on SOCLUB by law.

The version accepted when you purchased governs that purchase. Later changes do not reduce an existing buyer's rights. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over every provision here; event-specific conditions cannot override them.

2. Before you purchase

Review the event date, local time, venue address, admission category, quantity, age requirements, accessibility information, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation policy before confirming. A ticket covers only the admission and benefits expressly listed. Travel, parking, accommodation, food and beverages are not included unless stated.

You must be legally able to contract and authorized to use the payment method. A verified free SOCLUB account is required for purchasing. Provide accurate contact information and share the applicable entry rules with your guests. An event's age restriction applies to every attendee regardless of the buyer's age.

3. Prices, taxes and promotions

Checkout displays the payable total in Canadian dollars, including mandatory charges and applicable taxes, before authorization. The receipt itemizes the amounts recorded for the order. Where a price includes tax, the tax component is extracted from that price rather than charged again.

Discounts apply only when accepted at checkout and remain subject to the promotion's eligibility, validity and quantity limits. A later price reduction does not automatically entitle an earlier buyer to a refund. No undisclosed mandatory charge may be added after purchase.

If an error prevents us from honouring an order, we will contact the buyer and provide the applicable refund for an order we cancel. We will not charge an increased price without the buyer's authorization.

4. Payment and confirmation

A reservation or processing screen is not confirmation of payment. Paid tickets are confirmed after successful payment and issuance. Complimentary tickets require successful issuance but no payment. A temporary card authorization may appear before a purchase is completed.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment processor. If the result is unclear, check Orders in your account or contact us before purchasing again. Failed or expired reservations do not grant admission. Report suspected duplicate charges with your order reference; never email a full card number or security code.

5. Tickets, receipts and secure delivery

The purchase email and your account provide access to the same recorded order, receipt and ticket references. Each admission has its own ticket number and scannable credential. The visible number helps identify the ticket; entry is validated using the secure scan credential and its current status.

Keep your email, ticket images and private receipt link secure. A copied image does not create another admission. Once a valid ticket has been admitted, another presentation may be refused. Contact SOCLUB if a ticket is lost, exposed or not delivered; identity and purchase verification may be required before assistance.

Save your ticket before travelling, keep your device charged and bring the identification required by the event. If email images are hidden, use the tickets-and-receipt link. A receipt records payment; a refunded, void or cancelled ticket does not become valid merely because its receipt or old email remains available.

6. Admission, safety and accessibility

Admission is for the event and category purchased, subject to published entry times and lawful venue rules. Arrive with enough time for check-in. Re-entry, seating and late arrival are governed by the event's disclosed arrangements; buying a general admission ticket does not reserve a particular seat.

Attendees must follow reasonable, lawful safety directions. Violence, harassment, discrimination, fraud, dangerous conduct and prohibited items are not permitted. Staff may refuse entry or remove a person where justified by safety, law or a material breach of disclosed rules. Any resulting refund decision remains subject to applicable law.

For accessibility or accommodation requests, contact info@soclubgroup.com as early as practical with the event name and your needs. We will work with the organizer and venue to assess reasonable arrangements. A request is not treated as a waiver of accessibility rights.

7. Cancellation, postponement and material changes

We will communicate significant event changes through the purchase contact details and available event channels. Check current event information before travelling. Where an event is cancelled without being delivered, contact SOCLUB for a refund of the affected admission and mandatory charges paid for it, subject to any greater legal entitlement. A credit is not a compulsory substitute for a refund required by law.

For a postponement, relocation or other material change, the notice will explain the revised arrangements and applicable refund options. If new details are not available, contact us for the current position. Your statutory remedies remain available even where an organizer's policy states that sales are final.

Minor programming or running-order changes do not necessarily cancel the event. However, a materially misdescribed or undelivered service is assessed on its actual facts and applicable consumer rights. Travel and other third-party expenses are not automatically included in a ticket refund; any legal entitlement to recover them is preserved.

8. Buyer cancellation and refund requests

Unless a more generous policy was displayed at purchase or the law provides otherwise, a change of mind, scheduling conflict, late arrival or non-attendance does not qualify for a refund. This does not exclude remedies for cancellation, non-delivery, duplicate charging, a defective ticket or misleading information.

Send requests to info@soclubgroup.com with your order or ticket number, purchase email, event name and the reason for your request. We may ask for proportionate evidence needed to investigate. Contacting us does not suspend or shorten a statutory deadline, and you do not have to waive a legal remedy to ask for help.

Approved monetary refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. The amount and processing status will be recorded; bank posting times vary. Partial refunds apply only to the affected amount or admissions. An invalidated admission cannot be used. No fee may be withheld where the law requires its refund.

9. Transfers, resale and purchase limits

Do not duplicate tickets, bypass quantity limits or obtain tickets using prohibited automated purchasing tools. Unauthorized or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation, subject to lawful refund obligations.

Contact SOCLUB before transferring an admission. Any available transfer must follow the event's disclosed rules and applicable law. Forwarding a receipt shares private order information and does not itself establish an authorized transfer. SOCLUB does not operate a general secondary resale marketplace or promise to validate purchases made through an unrelated seller.

10. Privacy, communications and photography

The Privacy Policy explains how account, transaction and attendance information is handled. Essential purchase, ticket, safety and event-change communications are separate from optional marketing. Only information reasonably needed for the service and lawful purposes should be shared with the organizer, venue or service providers.

Any event photography or recording arrangements must be communicated appropriately. Contact the organizer or staff about concerns or accommodation requests. These ticket terms do not give unrestricted permission to use your identity or image contrary to applicable privacy law.

11. Risk and responsibility

Live events involve ordinary risks such as crowds, sound, lighting and third-party activity. Follow reasonable precautions and tell staff about immediate safety concerns. Nothing here releases a party from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable duties concerning personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct.

Any lawful limitation in the general Terms remains subject to these protections. Events outside reasonable control may affect delivery, but do not automatically extinguish cancellation or refund rights. No term requires you to accept an undelivered service without the remedies provided by law.

12. Disputes, applicable law and contact

Contact SOCLUB Group Inc. at info@soclubgroup.com for purchase support or a complaint. Include the relevant reference and requested resolution. We can coordinate with an independent organizer without limiting your rights against the responsible party.

Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern, subject to any mandatory law or forum rights that apply to you. These terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration, waive class proceedings, or prevent a complaint to a regulator, a lawful payment dispute, or an action in a court with jurisdiction.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remainder continues to apply to the extent possible. Changes apply prospectively. Earlier versions remain available using the link recorded with your purchase.
